StubHub came to us to create a touch lapsed campaign for users who haven't purchased in a year or over. Knowing that, we created a concept with the idea of "coming back" to an event or game. Images of people appearing using animated gifs helped give that immersive feeling of remembering what it's like being at a live event, and relating the feeling of nostalgia. Since StubHub is known for tickets to live events and sports games we used that imagery to segment and give a more personalized experience since we had the data from their last purchase to send them a message with their name and imagery of their last purchase. Each touch was designed in a responsive layout to work for both a desktop and mobile experience. To keep the buyer experience seamless we created a landing page using all of the data to help the buyer re-engage.
