ServiceNow Knowledge 2025 transformed the expo floor into an immersive showcase of ServiceNow’s AI platform through a series of interactive storytelling environments and gamified experiences. At the center was the AI Agent Hub, a multi-step interactive journey featuring RFID-enabled activations, responsive touchscreens, synchronized digital storytelling, and real-time visualizations that demonstrated how AI agents operate across enterprise workflows. Additional experiences included interactive case studies, competitive games, generative AI photo moments, and large-scale sponsorship activations for the NHL and Aston Martin Formula 1. Together, the experiences blended education, entertainment, and technology to drive attendee engagement and position ServiceNow as a leader in enterprise AI.
As Executive Creative Director, I served as the overall creative lead across the experience, overseeing concept development, interactive design, creative strategy, and on-site execution. In addition to directing multidisciplinary teams from ideation through production, I partnered closely with client stakeholders to shape the vision, strengthen relationships, and expand new business opportunities throughout the program.
